Before you place the order for any medicine on our website Lyfe Chemists, it is very important and your responsibility to go through the returns, cancellation, and refund policy. If you don’t have complete information about our terms and conditions related to refunds, cancellations, and refunds, then you may have to face a few problems in the future. Return Policy:

All our packages will always contain the right medicine, are well packed, and are delivered in undamaged form. But it is also the responsibility of the customers to check every single package delivered to them. In case there is any problem with the product or medicine delivered to you, you need to report it immediately.

While placing the order itself, check the return policy of the item. Not all medicines are eligible for return and hence you need to have an idea about them. Damaged or ineligible products cannot be returned. All the return requests should be raised within 48 hours of receiving the package. Any request raised after 48 hours will not be valid. You can call us or write an email regarding the return of the medicine.

The products that you wish to return should always remain in their original packing. The serial numbers, price tags, labels, and bar codes of the medicine should be intact. The medicines that you are trying to return should the same as in the invoice. Only unused and unopened medicine will be accepted for return.

Cancellation policy:

Sometimes, we will receive certain orders that we cannot accept and fulfill. In that condition, we have the sole right to cancel or refuse to accept the order. When the quantity of medicine ordered by you is short or when the medicine details are not correct, we will cancel the order. For some cases, we may also need additional verification or other details for the completion of the order. In such cases also, we may cancel the complete or partial order till we receive the complete information.

Cancellation can be done from the customer’s end as well. When you request
cancellation, if the order is not shipped, then it can be easily canceled. But if the order has been shipped already, then you will have to accept it.

Refunds:

Once the order has been canceled successfully from our end, we will initiate the refund. Only after the product or medicine reaches back to us and after all quality checks are completed, a refund is initiated. Usually, the refund money is sent back to same account. The refund cannot be transferred to any third party. No refund will be initiated if you place the refund request after two months from cancellation.

These conditions on the return, cancellation and refund policy are subject to change from time to time. So, you will have to go through the policy very carefully before you place any order.
